I, the undersigned Producer, declare that the information provided in this form is accurate and truthful.

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms for membership in the Certified African Castor Farmers Registry (CACFR):

1. Compliance: I will adhere to the CACFR Quality Standard (CACFR-STD-2025) and all subsequent protocols regarding planting, harvesting, and post-harvest handling.
2. Data Usage: I grant Sôlt Africana Limited permission to use my personal (KYC) and farm (Geospatial) data solely for the purposes of traceability, quality assurance, regulatory compliance (EUDR), and secure payment processing.
3. Traceability Mandate: I understand that all harvested produce must be tagged and linked to my CACFR ID (QR code) for aggregation and sale.
4. Inspection Right: I grant Sôlt Africana Limited the right to conduct periodic on-farm inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with this agreement.
