Empowering Africa's Sustainable Bio-Feedstock Revolution

We transform fragmented agricultural markets into bankable, transparent, and fully auditable supply chains.

Who We Are

CastorConnect is the premier digital supply chain infrastructure powering the global trade of African-grown non-edible industrial oilseeds. Built at the intersection of agritech, satellite telemetry, and international trade, CastorConnect bridges thousands of smallholder farmers, commercial growers, and processing hubs with international B2B buyers, European HVO/FAME biofuel refineries, and global oleochemical manufacturers.

As global mandates demand strict ESG accountability, zero-deforestation proof, and non-food competition guarantees, traditional agricultural supply chains fall short. CastorConnect was founded to eliminate the “black box” of African agricultural procurement.

Through our proprietary digital architecture and asset-light network model, developed in synergy with Sôlt Africana Limited, we orchestrate large-scale castor cultivation and processing without losing sight of a single seed.

By digitizing origin data at the point of harvest, we turn raw African bio-feedstock into verified, audit-proof industrial commodities ready for global export.

Our Core Infrastructure

CastorConnect operates across four foundational pillars.

The Certified African Castor Farmers Registry (CACFR)

Our centralized database logs, verifies, and manages grower networks across the continent. CACFR provides complete visibility into farmer onboarding, crop health, yield projections, and fair-trade farmgate transactions, ensuring equitable economic returns for local agricultural communities.

Satellite Telemetry & Polygon Field Mapping

Integrated with Digital Earth Africa and advanced GIS tools, CastorConnect captures plot-level polygon coordinates for every registered farm. This satellite overlay provides real-time monitoring of land use, crop performance, and verified proof of zero-deforestation compliance (fully aligned with EUDR mandates post-December 2020).

Digital Field-to-Port Traceability & Proof of Sustainability (PoS)

From smallholder collection centers to regional crushing plants and the final export vessel at port, every batch of Crude Castor Oil (CCO) receives a digital chain-of-custody passport. We provide international buyers and port authorities with complete ISCC EU / RED II Mass Balance documentation, mass-balance accounting, and physical-to-digital inventory reconciliation.

Pan-African B2B Off-Take Orchestration

We empower global buyers to secure high-volume, non-edible industrial feedstocks under flexible commercial models, ranging from spot trial liftings to multi-year forward off-take agreements backed by over 227,000 hectares of managed and registered farmland capacity.

Our Purpose & Vision

Zero Food Competition

We focus exclusively on non-edible industrial crops like Ricinus communis (castor), which thrive on marginal and semi-arid lands, eliminating land-use conflicts with food security.

Empowering African Agriculture

By connecting African growers directly to high-value global industrial markets, we build sustainable rural economies, improve farmer livelihoods, and promote regenerative soil practices.

Data-Driven Global Trade

We give international procurement teams the certainty, volume scalability, and chemical purity guarantees required to meet stringent global standards.

Built on Strategic Leadership

CastorConnect was conceived and developed by Sôlt Africana Limited under the strategic leadership of Chiegeonu Solomon Aga (Founder & Managing Director). Grounded in technical excellence, deep agronomic expertise, and a commitment to data-driven orchestration, CastorConnect stands as Africa's trusted gateway to sustainable industrial bio-feedstocks.
